Refund policy

PureBoost Refund & Return Policy for Digital Tuning Services

Scope: This policy applies to all digital tuning services, including but not limited to custom ECU files, map adjustments, and remote calibration delivered electronically by PureBoost.

  • Non-Refundable After Delivery:

    • Once the first tuning file or software good has been delivered to the customer (via email or any digital channel), the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
    • Due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to revoke or return delivered software, PureBoost cannot offer refunds or returns after the initial file delivery.
  • Pre-Delivery Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel your order and no tuning file has been delivered yet, please contact us immediately at info@pureboost.de 
    • Orders cancelled before delivery of the first file may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the work already performed.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:

    • PureBoost is not responsible for hardware issues, incomplete datalogs, or customer-side delays that prevent completion of the tuning process.

     

  • Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and complete datalogs as requested. Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate customer data are not grounds for refund.
